Snapshots

From “I’m not sure” to “Here’s who I am.”

Student Snapshot is a simple, student-driven way to capture who you are, what you’re good at, and where you want to go next. It helps you reflect on your experiences, name your strengths, and tell your story as you build the future‑ready skills that matter for life after school.

With Snapshot, you create a living portfolio you can share with colleges, universities, and employers to showcase your skills, highlight your character, and show how you’re growing over time. Your Snapshot can strengthen applications, open doors to new programs and opportunities, and help you step into the future with clarity and confidence.

The whole you . .

More than a transcript, Student Snapshot captures the whole you—because you’re far more than grades, scores, or labels.

See the whole story, not just one chapter.

How I See Myself

I’m a creative, hands-on person who likes figuring things out by doing. I’m drawn to making things—sculpture, beading, drawing, welding—and I tend to lose track of time when I’m working with my hands or following my curiosity. I’m also very interested in people: how they think, how they relate to each other, and what’s really going on beneath the surface. I like environments that feel fun, human, and emotionally safe, and I learn best when I’m free to explore ideas rather than being lectured or rushed.

I'm more than just my grades

I entered a sculpture into the student art fair that I really liked. I enjoyed learning how to weld, and seeing how the metal shaped and responded to my ideas.
